I just wanted to share a picture of me receiving an award from Canadian Blood Services for making a bone marrow donation through the Unrelated Bone Marrow Donor Registry. In addition to the framed certificate, I also received a watch shortly after the donation process - which I found very symbolic; receiving a gift of time myself after giving the gift of time to another.If you are interested in joining the Unrelated Bone Marrow Donor Registry, please visit the Canadian Blood Services website.
