Sugar Shock

I was drinking a glass of V8 V-Fusion juice and noticed the bottle says "no sugar added". It was pretty sweet so I started checking the label. There are lots of fruits and vegetables in this juice so likely all natural sugars, but the nutritional information says 27 grams of sugar in a 250 ml serving. How much is that really? When I have a coffee at Tim Hortons I get a medium with 1 milk and 1 sugar - and I even find that too sweet on the last few swallows if it hasn't been stirred. So a couple of quick internet searches reveals that a medium Tims coffee is 10 oz and a sugar packet is ~3 grams.
So, a 10 oz glass of juice has the equivalent of 11 packets of sugar in it vs. the 1 packet I put in my coffee.
Wow, eye opening...
